A walk round Chester's walls.

Sunshine makes you want to have fun so instead of sitting having a coffee, Kay and I decided to be tourists for the day and walk around Chester walls.

We got on at Northgate and walked past the old Chester Cathedral cricket pitch.

There were plenty of people catching some rays in the Cathedral grounds. The trees looked glorious with their pink blossom.

Kay found the geocache! She's a muggle!!!!

All tourists photograph our famous clock!

The Roman Gardens

THE FEAR OF THE LORD IS A FOUNTAIN OF LIFE.

I love seeing the sun twinkling on water.

River Dee

It won't be long till the May meeting at Chester racecourse, WOOOO!

If anyone is coming racing remember its "horses for courses" at the Roodee.

Horses have to be able to run round a constant bend! One mile to be precise. Low draws are good in the 5 furlong sprints.

The racecourse restaurant has adopted a rhino. (He thinks he's a horse)

Back to the Water Tower. 2 miles all the way round and a good chat. Lovely.
