This is how I remember my Dad. Positively beaming with his eyes (and arms) on a woman!
It's hard to imagine this was taken 3 years ago almost to the day.

The Old Lion at Marborough Magna was one of Dad's favourite pubs, partly because Liz, above, always had a hug for him. He often went over for lunch on a Tuesday, they did a good pensioner's deal, something like 3 courses for £7.
I've thought about him a lot today. I miss him.
I particularly miss him telling me all the latest gossip from Coventry City (HE WAS MY COVENTRY EVENING TELEGRAPH) though to be fair I can now find out a lot on the internet. These aren't great photos of him but after today's MAGNIFICENT win away at Milton Keynes Dons and our dramatic leap up the League One table to 9th (!!) I'm posting a couple of the day Diddy and I took him to the Ricoh in March 2010
