Drake is a TRIATHLETE!

Hooray!

She looks like she loved every minute of it.

"Did you love it, Em, did you LOVE it?"

" "LOVE" it?!   Hmmm. It was SO hot and SO hard. 

I went AWOL on the swim, had a hurty bum on the bike and thought I was going to collapse on the run."

Oh.

But look how smiley she is. 

AND SHE IS A TRIATHLETE!!

A Deva Diva to be exact.

A swim in the River Dee, a bike to Farndon and back, and a run around the meadows.

That is a very proud smile.

And what a star.

It had been one of the hottest Sundays in a very hot summer and she had enough energy left to plank for me at the finish.

I was chuffed to bits.
