We have done various #alihollifitness challenges including
ONE MINUTE of WHATEVER YOU LIKE
30-60-90
and exercises/activities spelling out ALIHOLLIFITNESS
and LEAPINGINTO2021
but the NOVEMBER 456 challenge was sooooo good.
On the 4th you did 4 reps or 4 minutes or 4 k or 4miles..
On the 5th you did 5 of something or 5 mins, 5k or 5miles...etc
By the end of the month the total of adding 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 was 456.
There were some truly brilliant and original ideas, we all loved it and it got us through
LOCKDOWN 2
The medals have 456 and LOCKDOWN 2 on so when one's grandchildren find them in a drawer in 20 years my peeps can explain what Covid was and how we coped(!)
And here are a few examples of what we did...
We had to go into Dec 1st to get to 456!
VERY WELL DONE EVERYONE!
