Hmmmmm.... there's not a lot to report from this day as a lot of the shops in Bishop Auckland were closed resulting in there being very few people around. Then it started chucking it down so we made our way to Darlo....but it rained, rained and rained which meant the cricket match in Darlo was called off.... no surprise there. We ended up having a quick swim in The Dolly with S and L followed by a pint in the cricket club with Chief and Goose.
However, Bishop Auckland WAS where we discovered Coopers bakery with their terrific ginger buns.
