Well it was absolutely pouring down in
Berwick-Upon-Tweed
so we had lunch in the car in the carpark in the torrentiaal rain
but I managed a plank on the town hall steps and we walked the walls.
I wasn't missing an opportunity to go to Scotland for five minutes so Husb and I nipped up the road to the border where I got soaked trying to starjump and plank by the sign.
Husb took these through the car window as it really was lashing down.
But when we got back to base in Beadnell the rain had stopped so we had a teatime dip in the sea.
Followed by the whole of the next day on the Beadnell Beach with paddle boards, surfboards and TEA from THE FLASK!! YAY!
