After a walk along the river at BROKEN SCAR and some DIRTY BEETROOT LATTES from
Viking Coffee NE....
and some poses for our new forthcoming debut album....(!?)
and some spectacular reflections in the water...
we headed off to
where we all had a workout of sorts, especially DaddyBellster.

It is well worth a visit.
